Soften your heart. Don’t let the pain make you hard. Open up again, and again.

Soften your mind. Let the worry, fear, resistance wash away.

Soften your spirit. Send it gentle energy for it needs to be reminded of the light.

Give yourself a chance to breathe. Listen closely to your stillness. Let it guide you into a place where the trace of your skin becomes one with the air, the ground, or whatever the object(s) you are touching.
